Coffee Morning…..

To promote breast cancer awareness, we held a coffee morning on Thursday 18th

October, with Doctors, medical staff and guest speaker from Latifa Women and

Children’s Hospital.

The Latifa Hospital team consisted of:

1) A neonatologist

2) An Internal Medicine Consultant

3) An OBG specialist registrar

4) A lactation consultant

5) 5 nurses

After a free health check-up and opportunity to consult with one of the

specialist the visitors were invited into the nursery for a presentation about

Breast Cancer Awareness and self-examination procedure.

To bring the event to a close we all wrote our wishes on cards attached to balloons

and released them into the beautiful sunlit sky.
